Dylan joined the TDI in September 2015. He is in charge of developing and optimizing CRISPR pooled screening. Dylan studied for his PhD at the Royal Free Hospital, University College of London, in the field of leukaemia and apoptosis. After graduating he worked at several laboratories including Professor Adrian L. Harris, University of Oxford, in targeting the hypoxia and cell metabolism pathway in cancer, and Professor Hodivala-Dilke laboratory, Barts Cancer Institute, identifying potential anti-angiogenic therapy and  biomarkers.
