FF0000xx.jpgIn the group, we have the expertise to measure a range of metabolites by using either targeted LC-MS or GCxGC-MS based analytical platforms. From samples such as cell extracts, tissue extracts, blood plasma/serum or urine, we can measure amino acids, fatty acids, lipid subsets, cholesterol and derivatives, nucleosides and small polar components of glycolysis, the Krebs cycle including lactate, short chain fatty acids, polyamines, steroid, eicosanoid, fatty acid and sphingolipid.
