About Me

I am a Postdoctoral Scientist at the Nuffield Department of Medicine, University of Oxford. My research focuses on spatial and single-cell transcriptomics, where I develop and apply computational methods to analyse high-dimensional genomic data from complex tissues. I work extensively with technologies such as Xenium and GeoMx, building reproducible and scalable analysis pipelines that support both discovery-driven and hypothesis-led research.

My scientific interests centre on liver biology, viral hepatitis, and cancer, with a strong emphasis on understanding tissue organisation, cellular heterogeneity, and microenvironmental interactions. I collaborate closely with experimental scientists and clinicians to translate advanced computational analyses into biologically and clinically meaningful insights.
