In the TDI all equipment must be logged into the asset register. Files containing instruction manuals and service history are maintained by the lab manager.

If you recieve a new piece of equipment please fill out the 'Equipment Register Form' and return it, with all documents and manuals, to the lab manager. The lab manager will then allocate a asset number, arrange for PAT testing and maintain the phyiscal record.

Please note that any equipment which is 'owned' by SGC will have files and records maintained in the ORCRB.
